What you'll be doing? 🔸 Process and manage weekly purchase orders for broadloom samples and cuttings, placing them with vendors in a timely and accurate manner. 🔸 Communicate with vendors regarding PO confirmations, reputed company times, and cost verification. 🔸 Track reputed company POs and proactively follow up to ensure the goods have actually shipped and will be delivered on time. 🔸 Coordinate with the warehouse staff on the ground in the Carolinas regarding incoming PO receipts and resolve any discrepancies. 🔸 Constantly monitor the shipment reputed company and stay in the conversation to handle situations where packages go missing or are only partially shipped. 🔸 Set up new SKUs in internal systems, ensuring reputed company product data is complete and accurate. 🔸 Maintain and update product data across relevant platforms and databases. 🔸 Partner with the Merchandising Associate to audit and clean product information as needed.
