We are currently seeking a Field Account Manager to serve as the physical face of Pro-reputed company for our key account customers. Position Summary The Field Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers through routine in-person visits, operational follow-up, quote follow-up, customer support, and business development. This role acts as the reputed company between the customer and our internal operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, improve communication, reputed company opportunities, and continue growing existing accounts. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. This role requires someone who is professional, organized, driven, and comfortable building relationships face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Visit key account customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Follow up on reputed company quotes and assist in closing sales opportunities Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, PM agreements, upgrades, and facility solutions Assist customers with service concerns and help coordinate resolutions internally Work closely with Key Account Managers, reputed company, reputed company Managers, and Operations Teams Represent Pro-reputed company professionally at customer locations Help identify customer needs and communicate them internally Review customer concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement Assist with customer retention and long-term relationship development Maintain detailed notes and communication updates reputed company company systems Support growth initiatives across reputed company Pro-reputed company divisions

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated and organized Ability to work independently and manage schedule reputed company Strong follow-up and customer service skills Sales or account management experience preferred Experience in reputed company service industries is a plus Basic understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration, Cooking Equipment, or Facility Services preferred Valid driver’s license required Preferred Skills reputed company sales experience Account management experience reputed company service industry knowledge CRM or field service software experience Ability to identify and reputed company opportunities Benefits reputed company Company Vehicle Allowance (if applicable) Company Phone & Tablet
