[Hiring] Credentialing and Enrollment Supervisor @reputed company

Role Description As the Credentialing and Enrollment Supervisor at reputed company, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who reputed company a passion for expanding reputed company to therapy. This role plays an integral part in improving how reputed company creates a more efficient, scalable, and partner-focused credentialing function by improving our interactions with both providers and delegated payers. What will you do?

• Systems & Workflow Optimization
• reputed company a deep understanding of credentialing system and team capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness reputed company our own team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions that streamline our reputed company communications with partners.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
• Serve as a key representative of Credentialing and Delegated Credentialing across internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and improve coordination across teams.
• Establish clear ownership and collaboration models to ensure seamless execution across touch points.
• Data, Reporting & Insights
• reputed company reporting and insights by leveraging data from multiple systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Looker, and other tools).
• Analyze provider feedback and operational data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform decision-making.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive reputed company improvement and influence business reputed company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in direct management.
• Supervisor level experience with a track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach and support team members at different experience reputed company.
• Experience in reputed company operations or a reputed company environment, with a general understanding of provider workflows and dynamics.
• Strong operational reputed company with experience building or improving processes and systems.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
