1099/W2 LCSW $90 an hour

This is a remote position. LCSW

• Conduct virtual initial assessments and ongoing care for seniors with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD), in collaboration with psychiatrists and other reputed company.
• reputed company comprehensive treatment plans, which may include coordinating psychotherapy or other treatment modalities, and assessing the need for referrals to specialized care.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to address the holistic needs of patients, including their physical health, behavioral health, and reputed company well-being.
• reputed company patient care and education tailored to the individual’s age, abilities, educational background, and cultural context, often involving family members in the care process.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians (PCPs) and other medical professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient health.

• Document reputed company clinical work comprehensively and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR).

• reputed company LCSW licensure in Florida with eligibility for Texas licensure.
• 3-5 years of experience post-licensure.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred)
