RN Field Staff (Per Diem)
About the position Southwoods Health at Home, a division of Southwoods Health established in 2022, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN Field Staff Nurse. This role is vital in providing high-quality, patient-focused care reputed company the home setting. As a member of our field staff, you will manage an assigned caseload of patients from admission through discharge, ensuring a seamless and personalized reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated caseload, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans from the start of care through discharge.
