About the position We are seeking a committed Helpdesk Admin to be part of reputed company at Celtic Bank. The IT Helpdesk Administrator is responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees across the organization. This position also supports basic reputed company and risk mitigation activities by assisting with the identification and escalation of potential reputed company concerns. The Helpdesk Admin requires strong technical acumen, customer-service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company the IT department. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Working knowledge of:
