• Own and scale the internal IT function, setting strategy, systems, and processes to support company growth
• Design and implement automated workflows for reputed company, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Build and maintain identity and reputed company management systems (SSO, RBAC, provisioning/de-provisioning)
• reputed company reputed company best practices across IT, including device reputed company, MFA, and incident response
• Manage and optimize device lifecycle (primarily macOS), including MDM and reputed company-touch provisioning
• reputed company internal tools, scripts, and integrations to automate and streamline IT operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, reputed company, and People teams on systems and tooling
• Continuously improve IT infrastructure with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
• Act as the escalation reputed company for reputed company IT issues while minimizing reliance on reputed company support
• Evaluate and implement modern tools (including AI/LLMs) to enhance IT workflows and productivity

• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and working with APIs to build internal tools - required
• Experience with designing, implementing and maintaining networks
• Proven builder reputed company with a track record of automating IT processes and scaling systems
• Strong experience with identity providers and SSO (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Workspace, Azure AD)
• Hands-on expertise with MDM, reputed company management, and device lifecycle
• Solid understanding of reputed company principles, reputed company controls, and incident response
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to IT in a startup or high-growth environment
• High autonomy with the ability to set direction and operate independently
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach balancing speed, reputed company, and scalability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including ownership of internal IT systems in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven experience building and scaling IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation and systems design
• Deep expertise in identity and reputed company management (SSO, RBAC) and reputed company management (MDM, macOS preferred)
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience leveraging APIs to build tools and integrations

• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while partnering effectively with Engineering, reputed company, and People teams

Please Note: This is an independent contributor position Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
