What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end scheduling process for medical evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
• Monitor scheduling queues, proactively coordinating appointments and managing physician availability
• Serve as a liaison between physicians, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the scheduling process
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulatory requirements in scheduling activities
• Generate scheduling status updates and support reputed company improvement efforts reputed company the department

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3+ years of experience in scheduling, reputed company operations, or a high-volume clinical environment
