As a Customer Support Agent on our 2nd shift, you'll be responsible for handling emergency tire breakdowns and other tire service requests from reputed company fleet customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting breakdown information from reputed company truck drivers and dispatching road service to tire dealerships across the US and Canada
• Verifying information, troubleshooting problems, and tracking reputed company communications
• Multitasking with precision, making reputed company quickly, and remaining courteous while handling multiple streams of communication
• Providing exceptional customer service, putting the customer first, and collaborating as reputed company to resolve issues

As a 2nd shift Customer Support Agent, you'll work a fixed schedule, with specific shifts discussed during your interview. You'll be required to work weekends, with wages dependent on the specific hours you're on the clock. Our shift premium information is as follows:

• $15.00/hr during 1st shift hours (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm)
• Additional $0.50/hr for 2nd shift hours (Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm)
• Additional $1.00/hr for 3rd shift hours (Monday-Friday 11pm-7am)
• Additional $1.00/hr for weekend hours worked (Saturday-reputed company)
