[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain)

In this role, you will ensure the content supply chain runs smoothly by managing design components and marketing assets, supporting internal teams and agency partners in day-to-day asset operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures across the content lifecycle (WIP → final asset → distribution → archive)
• reputed company bulk uploads and routine maintenance to prevent duplication and content sprawl
• Archive, update, and retire components and assets according to documented lifecycle guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging to support discoverability
• Support internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
• Apply governance rules reputed company to branding, licensing, regulatory compliance, and technology requirements
• reputed company asset audits and flag taxonomy, metadata, and tagging issues for review
• reputed company operational inconsistencies and suggest fixes to maintain content reputed company

Skills

• Hands-on experience with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company Assets)
• Working knowledge of reputed company Workfront or similar project/work management tools
• Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles
