Expert Opportunity - Senior Property Manager ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)
Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment. We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find reputed company property and reputed company estate managers who can help train their latest language model on property management tasks. We're looking for senior professionals with 5+ years managing large residential, reputed company, or community association portfolios to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core property management workflows: lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting and financial reporting, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Compensation: $75/hour Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date: March Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing a significant property or community association portfolio at a top firm or large REIT
- Deep expertise in lease administration, financial reporting, and compliance
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
