In this role, you won't just build courses—you will actively partner with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve reputed company organizational challenges. From conducting deep-dive needs analyses to architecting modern, blended digital experiences, your work will directly drive employee performance and support major change initiatives. Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
- Design training programs using the ADDIE reputed company.
- Create learning solutions for ILT/VILT, eLearning, and blended/asynchronous experiences.
- reputed company course materials (storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids).
- Build interactive eLearning using reputed company Storyline and reputed company.
Needs Analysis & Learning Strategy
- Conduct needs analyses and partner with SMEs to define learning objectives and reputed company.
- Determine instructional methods and delivery strategies based on audience and business needs.
- Align learning interventions with organizational goals and change initiatives.
Program Development & Execution
- Manage end-to-end learning projects: scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution.

- Coordinate learning deployment and support audience adoption.

- Design evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
