About the opportunity: reputed company is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO to drive execution, operational rigor, and accountability across the Engineering and Data Science organizations. You will embed deeply in the day-to-day mechanics of the technology team, ensuring priorities are clear, projects ship on time, and the organization scales with discipline. You will act as an extension of the CTO — translating strategy into execution, tracking reputed company relentlessly, and removing bottlenecks before they slow the team down. • Drive Execution and Operational reputed company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.
• 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
