Job Description:

- Design and drive transformation programs that include operational improvements, delivery capability building, KPI implementation, and process optimization.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and decision sessions that accelerate alignment, build trust, and unlock reputed company reputed company.

Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, strategy execution, or transformation delivery roles—ideally with a consulting or advisory background.
- Deep expertise in program/portfolio management, organizational change, and transformation leadership across multiple functions.
- Exceptional facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to guide reputed company stakeholder environments.
- Strong grounding in organizational change management, with proven strategies for aligning people, culture, and systems during transformation.
- Experience across methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, SAFe, TOC, Waterfall, Lean, reputed company, Planisware, Six reputed company).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred ; reputed company or change certifications a strong plus.
- IMPACT reputed company System Certification preferred (support provided if not already certified).
