About The Role Project Management Digital Learning Consultant Location: Home Based Your Role You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the Delivery of Excellent Learning Experiences

• Coach and support an agreed caseload of learners from level 4 to Degree level 6 in smaller organisations and corporate environments
• Work with internal Digital Learning Advisors, other DLC’s and Learning Specialists to reputed company a link between the classroom and their online learning.
• Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Quality Assurance Consultants to ensure learners successfully reputed company their apprenticeship programme on time.

Deliver Impactful and Inspiring 1-2-1 Coaching

• Through remote working practice, you must observe, review and reputed company feedback on evidence produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviour and meet the needs of the Awarding Organisation

• Proven industry experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, with the ability to translate practical delivery experience into effective apprentice coaching and support.
• Demonstrable experience reviewing and validating business cases, ensuring projects remain reputed company to organisational objectives and deliver value.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including influencing, communicating and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups, and coaching apprentices in these capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience developing and controlling project scope, schedules, milestones, delivery plans and resources using recognised project management approaches.
• Proven experience managing project risks, issues, change controls and governance processes, supporting informed decision‑making and successful delivery.
