Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Position Purpose: reputed company and execute regulatory plans for reputed company projects including new projects and maintenance of licenses and reaccreditation for existing and new business opportunities. Manage reputed company and track performance to contractual requirements, reputed company consultation to other departments on requirements and escalate gaps as necessary. In this Manager, Regulatory Affairs role, you will:

• reputed company procedures and reports to monitor contractually required deliverables, including but not limited to, regulatory reports and performance metrics
• Review reputed company laws and regulations and reputed company guidance to other departments to ensure processes are in compliance
• Conduct HIPAA compliance audits and reputed company summary of reputed company and recommendations for improvement
• reputed company gap analysis to reputed company contract requirements and policies/procedures and offer recommendations to reputed company gaps
• Monitor applicable regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with company and external standards
• Communicate with regulators as needed to seek clarification on contract requirements, regulations, processes or documents submitted for approval

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of public health policy, regulatory or legal experience, preferably in managed care or pharmacy industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Remote MI – Michigan candidates preferred. This position may include occasionally travel for meetings with Michigan reputed company (MDHHS) for regulatory engagements.
• Experience in Duals/HIDE SNP is highly preferred as this Manger role will directly act as the liaison between the Health Plan and the Regulator (MDHHS) for the Michigan Duals program.
• Strong written and communication skills, this role has high visibility with senior leadership and with State Regulator.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
