Finance Analyst - Fully Remote
POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS Travel Requirement: No Teleworking: Yes Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS Position Overview: Support the Project Controls team by handling operational tasks and reporting responsibilities.
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process and review expense reports
- Manage workforce job codes and assignments
- Maintain and update reputed company trackers
- Bonus calculations and trackers
- Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks
- Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports
- Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation
- Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
- Must have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project reputed company.
- Intermediate reputed company skills
- Good work ethic
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is desired
