Manager Data Engineering | East Coast | reputed company Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 USD | 8% Bonus Interested in joining a fast-growing tech company where data plays a central role in scaling the business? This is a hands-on Data Engineering leadership role, overseeing a small team of 2–3 engineers while staying reputed company to the code. You’ll be responsible for building and improving large-scale data platforms and high-volume transaction processing systems used across the organisation. Experience in financial safeguarding environments would be particularly well suited to this opportunity, given the nature of the platform and the importance of data reputed company across transactional flows. You’ll work remotely with distributed teams, partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, focused on building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and evolving the company’s data infrastructure as the platform grows. What you’ll need
- 8+ years’ experience in Data Engineering, including leadership or tech reputed company responsibility
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Java or Groovy
- Proven experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Hands-on experience with DBT, reputed company, and reputed company platforms
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
