Responsibilities

• Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards
• Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and candidate travel requests
• Maintain data reputed company in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
• Participate in projects as Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems
• Assist TA Coordinators in other reputed company reputed company volume peaks or in their absence
