Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting is preferred, with 2+ years of experience
