Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective customer support to our clients reputed company live chat, email, and electronic message boards. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages

  • Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting

Training and Support

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

Specifications

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a live chat or call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully

Preferred Qualifications
