Job Summary
As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative with arenaflex's Virtual Insurance Pro (VIP), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers, handling a wide reputed company of insurance-reputed company inquiries and transactions. You will work closely with reputed company of professionals to support agency needs, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of personal and reputed company insurance to deliver the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls and assist with payment and billing questions; assist with online payments
- Handle policy change requests reputed company phone or email from customers and reputed company parties; implement changes online at the insurance reputed company website
- Review policy coverages and issue certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance or binders
- General phone and email correspondence with customers reputed company to renewals, cancellations, and insurance reputed company requests as needed
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in property and casualty insurance; Property and Casualty License required
- Experience in either personal or reputed company lines, experience in both a plus
- Proficient in Massachusetts Auto and Registry a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Outlook
