As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' mobile and online banking solutions, working closely with our technical team to resolve technical issues and reputed company exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, working directly with our technical team to resolve reputed company issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with reputed company. Working Hours and Schedules

We offer two flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs: 1. 4-Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 am - 9 am US EST (4 pm - 12 pm US EST) and Saturday and reputed company, full coverage with a rotation schedule. 2. 2-Shift Schedule: 9 pm - 9 am CST (9 am - 9 pm CST) with a rotation schedule. 3. 5-Day Shift Schedule: reputed company is a working day, with hours from 11 am - 7 pm EST.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • In-depth understanding of our banking software and apps: Familiarize yourself with our mobile and online banking products, including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinating with software technicians, technical support, and developers: Collaborate with our technical team to resolve reputed company issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
  • Examining technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues: Analyze technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects.
  • Handling technical processes and explaining them to less-technical people: Communicate reputed company technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English: Effective communication is crucial in this position, so you must possess excellent language skills.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with customers: Build trust and rapport with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Solid troubleshooting ability: Analyze reputed company technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to learn technical skills quickly: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments, adapting to new technologies and tools.
  • In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products: Familiarize yourself with our products, including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
  • Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues: Collaborate with our development team to resolve reputed company technical issues.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many reputed company tasks: Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Managing, monitoring, and improving the quality of the tech support process: Continuously evaluate and improve our technical support processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Experience in banking live-chat: Familiarity with live-chat support in the banking industry will be a significant asset.
  • Experience in technical support: Previous experience in technical support roles will be beneficial.
  • Experience with Dialogflow: Knowledge of Dialogflow will be an advantage.
  • Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android: Familiarity with mobile phone platforms will be beneficial.
  • Project management experience: Experience in project management will be an asset.
  • Working directly with US-based customers: Familiarity with US-based customers and their needs will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of US banking systems: Understanding of US banking systems will be an advantage.
