Role Overview

As a Sr. reputed company Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping hospitals and health plans improve their reputed company and deliver community benefits. You'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, screening health plan members to determine eligibility for reputed company reputed company benefits, and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance for families in need. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company a high level of customer service and support to those who meet specific criteria, while assisting in the actual submission of an application for benefits to the appropriate government agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Use probing questions to clarify eligibility data with patient or member
• Compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data in order to determine eligibility

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
