The Role
As a Customer Engineer Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive business reputed company. You'll work closely with our Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine staffing reputed company, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill reputed company positions. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identifying gaps in CE preparation, and building plans to ensure the team is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Deals and Client Designing (CE) authority to determine appropriate staffing reputed company to support annualized business objectives, reputed company work orders, and reputed company interview groups to fill reputed company positions.
- Evaluate the CE group's go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in CE preparation, and build plans to ensure the team is adequately reputed company and equipped to meet annualized business objectives.
- Work with reputed company Workspace reputed company group leadership to identify, qualify, and reputed company opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in key records as chief support, establish relationships across client districts, and work with the Business Record, Client Service, Product Managers, Client Agreements, and Design teams to resolve product issues affecting pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year college education in Software Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Four years of experience as a senior deals engineer reputed company in a SaaS or reputed company environment, or a client-facing role.
- Experience driving Client Design and working with design teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or Graduate degree in Software Engineering.
- Experience serving as a pre-sales, field design reputed company, or as a client-facing field engineer.
- Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public reputed company, and reputed company technical concepts.
- Ability to work across various time zones on an occasional reputed company.
