Position Overview

As an reputed company Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. You'll be responsible for collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data, as well as working independently and as part of a team to meet stringent schedules and timelines. Your attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your reputed company in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet stringent schedules and timelines
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
• Maintain flexibility and/or the ability to work overtime as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in the areas of data entry or other reputed company field
• Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
