The Role

As a Customer Support Technician at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides world-class customer service and technical support. Your primary responsibility will be to field and answer reactive technical support requests with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to reputed company their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Help customers resolve their technical issues over the phone, email, and messenger, embodying a helpful, friendly, and empathetic attitude
