The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries reputed company and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
