Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company voice calls and/or chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company, courteous, and professional. Responsibilities

* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company, courteous, and professional.

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of data reputed company and confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, promoting a culture of teamwork and reputed company communication.

Requirements

* reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong reputed company in customer support principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. reputed company, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
