Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company voice calls and/or chat. Responsibilities

* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company, courteous, and professional.

• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of data reputed company and confidentiality.

Requirements
