Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company-of-contact with our customers, delivering superior service and support that sets us apart from the competition. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Promoting our products and services to reputed company and potential customers
• Ensuring reputed company transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Completing reputed company transactions accurately, including cash handling

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment
• Performing other duties as instructed by management

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to drive sales
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
