What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our luxury retail customers, providing them with personalized service, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to reputed company accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- A strong educational background, with a minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high-level customer service issues
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
- A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system for daily login and communication
- A USB wired headset (optional, but recommended)
