Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our organization, and your interactions will set the tone for our customers' experiences. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Work from home and reputed company to be self-sufficient, with the ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company necessary

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent GED
