We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to support incoming calls from reputed company residents. In this role, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents reputed company to city-oriented issues

Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish with a strong reputed company of the English Language with the ability to assist customers both in English and Spanish (training will be in English)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability
