Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying appropriate tone of voice and reputed company throughout the entire customer interaction.
- Assisting Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed.
- Answering basic service department questions, scheduling service appointments, and routing customers' calls.

- Ensuring the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements.
