The Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. You will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records.
• Meet monthly sales goals and deliver personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services.
• Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
• Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries.
• Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer resolution.
• Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements.
• Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, including reputed company cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software & applications.

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience.

• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
• Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company).
• Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise reputed company, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you will need to participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
