As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and web. - Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs

Eligibility Criteria
* Must live in the reputed company
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
- A high-speed internet reputed company from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
- Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and reputed company to give full attention to the client during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
