Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about their reputed company or pension benefits.

• Accurately explain reputed company and pension benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data reputed company standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive customer information.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, sharing best practices and reputed company to improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Work Hours & Flexibility:

* Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week)

• Possible overtime available
• Off-season hours may reputed company between 32–40 hours/week
• No weekends!

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)

Training & Orientation:

* Start Date: August 18th / Hiring class each Monday thereafter

• Orientation is onsite for equipment pickup and brief training (1-day requirement)
• Important: No time-off is permitted in the first 90 days.
