Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer service tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through reputed company media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer concerns, assist with reservations, and reputed company information about flight schedules and policies effectively. You will also utilize our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) software to log interactions, resolve issues, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities
