Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Customer Service Assistant to join reputed company on a part-time, flexible, and 100% remote reputed company. As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support, managing client relationships, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Management Customer Service Support: + Regular client interfacing (reputed company phone) + Email management (checking/organizing communication with clients) + Calendar management (communication with management team during month for specific date-oriented tasks)
- Operations Support:
+ Creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes + Admin tasks associated with CRM software

Qualifications
