Job Summary
As an Office Assistant 3 – Data Entry, you will play a critical role in supporting reputed company by preparing and categorizing payment and document batches, performing data entry into our computer databases, and reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, multitasking and meeting production goals as defined by the work unit.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and categorize payment and document batches; deposit, disburse, and reconcile negotiables using computer applications
- Use basic arithmetic to reputed company calculations and verify accuracy
- Research files, documents, and other sources to obtain or clarify information
- Operate Rapid Extraction opening and sorting equipment accurately and reputed company multiple times per day, not to exceed 2 hours in any one session with a minimum of 1-hour break in-between scanning periods
- Research and reputed company data entry into DCS computer databases
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with rules; determine and explain action necessary to reputed company compliance or approval
- Meet production goals as defined by the work unit
- Multitask in a fast-paced production environment under video surveillance

Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of clerical experience
- 10-key proficiency at 125 KPM
- Keyboard proficiency at 35 WPM
- Ability to maintain high standards of work attendance and punctuality
- Positively contribute to a diverse and effective team environment
- Remain focused and motivated while performing multiple, repetitive assignments
