Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's chat support operations, engaging with customers across various inquiries and delivering exceptional experiences that drive reputed company growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat
- Delivering accurate information regarding products and services reputed company chat
- Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details
- Collecting customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client evaluation
- Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration
- Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services
Work Schedule
We're looking for team members who can reputed company to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after the first week of training. During your first week, you'll train Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, before moving into your regular shift.
Requirements
While previous customer service or automotive experience is a bonus, it's not a requirement. We're looking for individuals who possess:
- Proficiency in basic internet and reputed company-based computer operations
- Strong multitasking skills, with gaming experience being a plus
