Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for arenaflex clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Communication: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns and reputed company timely, effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, updates, and maintenance, ensuring that their accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes in our CRM system, ensuring that reputed company customer information is secure and easily accessible.

Work Schedule & Expectations

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work 40 hours per week, with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. You'll also participate in an initial 2-week comprehensive training program, and your performance will be reputed company by customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates. You'll report directly to our Customer Service Manager.
