The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing assistance with orders and accounts, and driving sales and promoting products effectively. You will work remotely to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and reputed company a personalized experience for each caller. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment

What You Bring:

* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume

• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting reputed company of $15.00/hour

• Shift differential available reputed company applicable

• Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
