Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies, utilizing multiple insurance company systems
- Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and embracing change with flexibility and enthusiasm
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least one year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
- Availability to work 9:30am - 6pm MST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
