As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work in one of our offices, 100% remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, managing 50-100 inbound/outbound phone calls daily
• Professionally expediting and processing orders
• Managing inbound online chat inquiries
• Transferring customer calls to appropriate business areas
• Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using company software
• Collaborating with your team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed support to our customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Remote/Hybrid capabilities in one of the following states: AZ, CT, DE, FL, ID, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, and WY
• Ability to adhere to an 8:30 - 5 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM EST schedule
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on reputed company, active listening, and problem-solving
• Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
