Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and contacts in a fast-paced call center environment. Your primary focus will be on assisting patients with questions, scheduling appointments, processing authorizations, and addressing customer inquiries. You'll also be responsible for ensuring timely documentation of reputed company updates and communication reputed company our internal system.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts in a fast-paced call center environment (approx. 75+ calls per day)
- Screen, transfer, resolve, and dispose of calls expeditiously
- Effectively schedule participant's appointments, including trouble-shooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with staff, family, providers, etc., and meeting appointment turn-around times as outlined by scheduling protocols
- Review, process, schedule, and authorize orders
- Ensure timely documentation of reputed company updates and communication is documented reputed company internal system

Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1 year experience in a Service/Support call center environment
