Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our program requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and co-workers
- The ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
- A high school diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using web-based computer systems
