Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and reputed company information about our benefits
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
