Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You'll also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and reputed company, balancing daily, and providing exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners

Basic Qualifications

- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
