Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages

- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
- ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination
